Rhodies
The neighbor's rhododendrons have been blooming the last couple days, and I wanted to capture the color contrast before they were all gone (in about a week). When I shot this, it was starting to get windy, as well as being overcast and the sun very low in the west; as a result, I got some movement interlacing and had to use a deinterlace filter, as well as a moderate sharpening filter, brightness and contrast adjustment, and some manipulation of the bright and dark ends of the light curve. Assuming the weather lets up, I may try to get another, tighter shot of a few of the blossoms before they're all gone.
