Very nice flight, recovery close to pad and easy to see the entire
time. |

CHAD staged, with a streamer attached to the booster motor to facilitate
retreival (don't wish to litter this county park), ignition, staging, and
recovery were good. Recovery was as close as could be hoped for in
the wind conditions (I did wait for a lull to launch). |

Very nice flight with adequate rod angle, but wind aloft had died down,
and the rocket didn't drift as far back toward the main recovery area as
expected; it landed at the edge of the paved road that runs through the
center of the park. One fin had a corner broken off and the piece
vanished, and the crimp in the airframe tube forward of the fin can was
accentuated. |

This was as fine a flight as could be expected -- all nominal from
ignition to landing. This rocket may be getting old in terms of flights,
but it's still the reliable mainstay of my fleet. |
