Flight Log for 26 December 1998, 60 Acres Park, Redmond, WA

Cold, with overcast around 1500' AGL and wind appr. 10 mph, S -- field was damp, but passable.
Model Flt
Recovery Type Motor Comments
12" plastic parasheet w/ spill and vents. Estes A8-5 Conditons weren't great, and I was the only one who brought any rockets -- I guess that makes me an optimist.  None the less, the flight was exactly what I expect from an Alpha: completely nominal.  No surprises.  It was also the last flight of the year for the Seattle area, and the only flight for most of us between November 1 and whenever the weather improves -- could be until Spring!
